The Oneda Coolest-Comfort Breathable Sheets Set did not make me hot. I sometimes sweat in my sleep and I think the sheets helped. My dog also sleeps in the bed and she makes me a hot and again I didn't wake up hot or sweaty or anything like that. The color isn't my favorite but it's ok. These are a little different feeling. They are still soft and comfortable, but they seem a bit warmer to sleep with, more like flannel (which is fine with me, because I’m always cold). Apparently, the sheets are made from recycled plastic bottles, which may be why they feel different than fabrics used in traditional sheets.
