I purchased this seat cushion for my mother, who has terminal cancer. She needed something to make sitting for long periods of time easier on her body. She says the cushion does make it easier for her, but wishes it was a bit bigger. She needs help getting positioned in her chair, but if she doesn't get centered on the cushion, she ends up sitting more off to one side. That's the only reason i'm giving it 4 stars.
