Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that. The company has a SkyHome app that controls my light and best part was how easy it was to install the plug and canopy onto my fixture. After installing the outlet and plugging in my Eurofase fixture I realized how dirty the glass was. The Skyplug allowed me the ease of unplugging and cleaning my glass fixture on the ground and then quickly plugging it back into the ceiling. Where has this amazing invention been? You can use it with almost any hanging light! I think I might just install these in the whole house. The 3000K warm white integrated LED fixture is rated 12 watts, suitable for for damp location use and is dimmable when used with a dimmer switch. The LED will last 50,000 hours or 23 years when used every day for 6 hours/ day.

Nice light made with quality material. The biggest problem was that the light was bought to replace a can light. The description said it was a replacement for recessed light but it’s rely made to replace a regular ceiling light. Love the SkyPlug outlet product and ease of installation. The light fixture itself is a high quality product and really impressed with the integrated SkyX plug. I installed this as a replacement to a ceiling light. The earlier installer did not do a great job as the ceiling outlet box extended an inch or so below the ceiling and the hole cut was too large. I replaced with an old work box and used a medallion to help give it a finished look. This would not have been necessary for ceiling boxes properly installed to begin with.
