This is a very nice, high-quality thermostatic shower system, that’s leveling up my bathroom’s decor and technology by 5,000 levels, or so. I chose the matte black because I like the contrast that gives such a finished look. has button and knob valve that’s a that keeps constant water temp. rough-in valve included. Drawback that there’s no tub faucet, or more so that the included diverter valve doesn’t have a nozzle for separate bathtub faucet addition. All of the shower heads and other parts such as the handheld holder are a non-corrosive metal, which I’m very happy with versus plastic. The all-in-one, impressive “integrated brass thermostatic valve” is THE valve. As the main valve, it turns water onoff, keeps the temperature constant (mixer), regulates the water pressure, and has a temperature lock for anti-scald (pressure balancing button rough-in), and diverts water to all 3 shower heads - controlled by buttons located right above the hotcold knob. I hope having all of these valve parts as built-in components of the main valve doesn’t compromise water pressure, and that water volume is equally distributed. Since that was mentioned in a couple reviews, I’m going to research the main valve before installing. Bonus! - can use all 3 shower heads simultaneously or individually, with adjustable spray patterns like full, massage and rain. The different sizes of and angles from all 3 shower heads will be an amazing experience — a 12” ceiling rain, 6” wall-mount rain and hand-held. Both rain heads swivel a full 360 degrees. As I noted in a photo, definitely consider the angle and placement of the wall-mount shower head prior to installation. It only adjusts within a 15-degree angle, which is fine, but I was thinking of using it differently and it would have sprayed water onto the walk-in shower curb… and beyond. Because I need a bathtub faucet as well, which this line has, I was disappointed to receive an error code saying the product couldn’t, “be shipped to this postal code,” which made no sense (*see below). Other than that frustration and not getting the white gloves (half-kidding), I’m extremely happy with this SINOLUXE shower system and recommend. The cost of a plumber is worth all of its perks. Do it — a lot of relaxing extras for a reasonable price. *Regarding products being unable to be shipped to a certain postal code in fact, this happens with various items every few months — Wayfair, please look into this problem.
