The dimensions were not in the description so I took a chance and ordered it anyway.
Putting it together, one of the pins wouldn’t go through the eye holes that connect the collar sections My husband took his drill and said it had a metal sliver that prevented the pin from passing through it. After he drilled it out removing the sliver the collar fit together nicely.
