I’ve been looking for composite sinks with workstation and accessories but also wanted to get a known brand, unfortunately Ruvati doesn’t make on size, bigger sizes do have it. Tapping on it sounds like plastic due to resin, it doesn’t feel like it’s made out of stone. Also it came with slightly discolored areas, not too visible but they are there. The drain is made out of black plastic, for this price I wish it was metal and had color options to match my faucet which is bronze. They have it but have to purchase separately. I thought it’d be heavier but it’s not, again probably because of the amount of resin vs quartz used. We used this Ruvati Prep sink as a laundry room sink. It is nice that is has moe rounded corners, which make it much easier to keep clean. Nice sink. I like the curved (easier to clean) bottom corners and the 90 degree sides so that the cutout on the counter is still crisp. Comes with good accessories including a deep strainer basket and a drain cover. Because of the workstation ledge, the cutout needs to be perfect (precise to a mm or so).
