Astoundingly, the replacement item, after a 2 months wait, has the exact same manufacturer's defect that the original item had.
I'm no longer interested in a replacement.

• I searched and purchased, from Wayfair online(#3962667297) , Petals Currents area rug. Noting that there was a coordinating throw pillow, which prompted my purchase. Also wondering why they hadn't caught that it was pictured upside-down.
• I wanted to wait until I saw the area rug before I purchased the Petal Dew throw pillow
• It took 2 weeks to receive it, when I did, I decided to keep the rug.
• When I went online to order the coordinating pillow, I did indeed see again that Wayfair's picture showed the pillow upside down. Since the pillow graphic is scenic, ocean waves and skyline, naturally the assumption would be that the error was in the placement of the pillow when the photo was taken.
• It took 14 days to get here. And to my astonishment the pillow had a manufacturing error, and not just a photographic error. Had it been manufactured correctly the unsightly raw seam and contents tag would be at the bottom of the pillow, unseen, where the ocean waves are located, with the tree and skyline above them. Had the pillow been solid colored or abstract the positioning of the raw seam and tag, of course, would not matter.
• Then to my further astonishment and disappointment the pillow did not measure 14"x 20" as stated in the item description..."pillows are made to order with a ±0.5" size tolerance." The pillow I received had a deviance of close to 2", making the pillow smaller than needed.
I do not feel that I should have to accept a misrepresented inferior pillow since it is stated "made to order". The point is, I now have purchased a rug, that I have used, based on the fact that it had a coordinating "made to order" pillow.
I am a frequent customer of Wayfair.com and have been comfortable recommended them. I am anxious to see a resolution to the problem Wayfair has created for me. I will withhold this review until, such time, that Wayfair addresses the issues outlined above. Virginia Hopper
1/7/2026‼️Update‼️over the course of 2 months, numerous communications with pictures, resulted in a completely futile attempt to have the issue resolved. RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT ACCENT PILLOW WITH THE IDENTICAL MANUFACTURING FLAWS AS THE ORIGINAL SENT OCT.2025. BOTTOM LINE, I WAS NOT HEARD AND NOBODY CARED ENOUGH TO FOLLOW THROUGH.. Virginia.
