Yes, it’s plastic, but it’s textured/3D which gives a nice effect. The color is a sort of burnished brass. After reviewing 5 or so samples from online offers, I settled on this multi-colored splash wallpaper. Very pleased with the attachment to the wall, movable and easy to setup. Wayfair had the cheapest price which was purchased and received shortly after. I would recommend this one from a reputable brand name I've used before. Taking off a star because there were no instructions on recommended technique to style. My friend and I had trouble matching up the paper that didnt leave a slight gap at the bottom no matter how much we kept re-doing it. I think it had to do with how we started but I still dont know what we did wrong. I ordered too small a quantity somehow so be careful as you enter the size.
