Received this item and it is amazingly large and heavy. The bass alone is well made and I'm actually waiting for my stand to show up before I put it all together because just the bass is heavy to the point there's no way to assemble it and not have it in place. There's a lot of heavy foam surrounding the base and the glass walls come in a separate wrap box. Even with several sections of foam broken everything was intact as far as the base and the glass sheets wrapped separately. The price was on the Hefty side but after receiving the Box and taking everything out know that it seems to be worth it. The top vent has a locking system to keep it in place and is well constructed and not just screen which is exactly the way the side vents are made as well. I used this for my hamster. Came in a GIANT wooden crate that needed to be taken apart with a crowbar. The box with the terrarium inside weighed several hundred pounds. Hard to move.
