We’re really pleased with our new pool table. It arrived by a delivery company and delivery was professionally scheduled. We paid extra for inside delivery to floor of our choice, it’s worth the extra as the box is large and very heavy. The pool table is packaged extremely well. It was simple to assemble the legs, the side supports for the legs are packed and in the box but under the table top. Just mentioning this as we thought they were missing. It took 3 adult men to lift the table and turn it over and place it on its feet. The only part we were uncertain about were the actual round feet it rests on are made of plastic. Looks great, assembly I did by myself (don't recommend) arived intact packaging but upon opening its unassembled but the table is assembled just not the air hockey side for shipping. Well glue seperated on almost all support joints. I had to glue and screw it back together and is better than new. Also one of the pivots was damaged so I fixed that too. In all I didnt pay full price, I got it onsale and im happy with the purchase. After about a week I did notice the table warped a bit and balls kinda lean one way or the other. The table itself is great. You do have to make sure itll level all around since it comes in four pieces. My only concern is how heavy the box is when it comes. It was VERY heavy. We could barely get it inside with two people, so its no wonder the table was damaged in transport. The box was clearly dropped on two corners. One of those resulted in damage to the table. The table is almost exactly as advertised. It has great features and fits the space perfectly. However, the pool table is ever-so-slightly uneven, there are a couple spots where the wood does not line up evenly (especially at corners or edges) and several spots where you can clearly see wood glue.
