Arrives in original packaging, but was luckily delivered to our back door. You get two in a pack. Not sure why it can be either flipped up or down, it would not stay up, but we have it flipped down. I prefer this opposed to putting holes in the wall with hooks to hang loofas. However I don’t like the loofa hooks above the razor holder, which makes difficult to get the razor from behind the loofa. We will use the second one for just the loofas. The pillow cases came pretty quickly and in perfect shape. These are very comfortable cases and they do sleep pretty cool.
