Arrives in original packaging, but was luckily delivered to our back door. You get two in a pack. Not sure why it can be either flipped up or down, it would not stay up, but we have it flipped down. I prefer this opposed to putting holes in the wall with hooks to hang loofas. However I don’t like the loofa hooks above the razor holder, which makes difficult to get the razor from behind the loofa. We will use the second one for just the loofas.
