The bed is beautiful. Solid beechwood. Very sturdy. The crew putting it together had a hard time. It took two of them over 4 hours to assemble it. I’m glad I did not try putting it together myself. The lights are wired for a European 220 volt outlet so they are not usable in USA. I agree with the other comments that the instructions are mediocre, but overall i enjoy the look and feel of the bed. It is all real wood and not particle board. It says no tools required but i would say you would like a drill to make pilot holes for certain parts.. Sandley. Sun Jul 19 2026
