Product is very sturdy with heavy metal parts - not flimsy. I put this together in less than an hour, very easy to assemble. All of the hardware and instructions were apparently lost during shipping, but my husband had everything I needed. I did reach out to the manufacturer’s customer service by email and they were very quick to respond and seemed genuinely interested in helping resolve my hardware issue.
