We love our pergola!! This is the first we are using it because it’s finally somewhat of a spring! It was easy to put together and seems super sturdy. I love that we can let sun in or out. First off, id give this 5 stars if it was just the pergola itself. I absolutely love it. Its been great in the rain and the quality is awesome. Everything came individually wrapped. However, I have to give this 4 instead of 5 stars only because the drapes and screens. In the picture on the website it shows that you cant see the grommets and you can in real life. Also they are not the color I thought theyd be. I thought they were coming in black. The screens are white and makes it hard to see through. The specs say they are black but they come delivered in grey and white. Super bummed because it changes the whole look I was going for and cant find replacements. The first half of setup you could do alone but will need a second set upnhands to get the posts and frame together. Its like adult legos. Mine did arrive with some dents in the posts but customer service took care of that so overall Im happy with the product, just not the drapesscreens and I cant find replacements in black. Pergola is awesome. There were several scratches and decent size dents when it arrived. Once I worked through being short a few screws the pergola assembly went well with mostly 1 person and was completed in about 7hrs. Needed a helper to raise the poles and square it up. Instructions are very vague and we had to take apart parts we had assembled wrong…. A second one could be assembled in 12 the time. It finishes off nice with trim. One concern is the 6X6 posts are laminated and not solid wood… some splitting has already started in Follow up on the posts…. 2 of the 4 posts are splitting!
