We bought this addition for our ferrets house HOPING it was the right one to fit. It fit like a glove. Our ONLY complaint is that the front panel had the brackets (to attach it to our existing cage) welded on the top, so we had to install it upside down to make it work. The door swings on the left, not the right, which is backwards, but it works. We just turned the latching hardware around to make it lock "right". Thankfully we are handy enough to figure that out.. My cockatiel's name is Angel and she has been with us for around 23 years or so. I recently had purchased a large cage for her but it was way too big and she stayed in one corner on a perch all the time. This cage seems more comforting for one bird, or two. It was easy to finish putting together all but the side clips but I figured it out. AND very nice was the bonus toys, skirt feed catcher, which fit like a charm. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Cage is absolutely beautiful. The only reason I took away one star is due to the instructions being more difficult than they should have been at the end, misaligned front piece that I can't seem to correct, and for some bent pieces (which were very easy to be back into place.) Note to others: when getting to the top portion, put the cage pieces in, then add the crossbars and tighten. You will save yourself a lot of frustration and finger pinching by doing it that way. It is still difficult that way though. Also, I recommend you go slow and make sure the cage stays in the channels before securing the crossbars.
