This is a God send! My mom has mobility issues and this ramp has made a huge difference in her independence and confidence. She's using a walker and her first words were 'Stairs won't stop me now'. Made my heart smile!! Only 4 stars only because on the directions were very sparse. The diagrams didn't make the ramp I bought. It didn't even list the number of items you should have - bolts, washers, nuts, etc. You had to just hope you had the right number. Thank goodness I did. I had a friend come help finish it up and mount it. Took probably about 2.5 hours. Not hard, just double checking it was done right since directions were not clear.
