This air fryer is the bomb!! It heats to 450° and has a 60 minute timer. I was concerned about being so small but it is perfect for one or two people. It’s 13 quarts so it comfortably holds a chicken or several baked potatoes. The choices are endless. It’s economically sized about 12” wide and 11” deep. Perfect for dorms, small kitchens, camping, etc. I made frozen French fried then blackened broccoli…..both turn out fantastic. Wayfair I received my Plum Chef 29.5 q Large capacity, French Double Door air fryer, Confection Toaster Oven. Was not expecting it to be that large and so lightweight .The color stainless goes with my kitchen. I used it today . I air fried some bacon !!! It takes a little getting used to pushing all of the components to get them to work is a little wobbly in one of the back legs. The unit feels cheap with thin plastic however it does make a good Espresso. Once you learn how to use the machine it’s quick to get your delicious cup or 2 of espresso. I love that this air fryergrilltoaster oven is light enough that I can easily move it from the counter to the pantry with ease. I don’t know that I’d call it ‘family size’ though.
