Oh my gosh, this works so well! My 89 year old mother in law loves it and shower's everyday with no fear of falling! I have a lot of discomfort sitting up at all and got this to replace using my zero gravity lawn chair in the shower. It has the squishiest seat I could find. I find it works for me with a cushion added but is still a bit uncomfortable since im not in semi-fowler position. It is sturdy and high quality, so if you need a shower chapter, I do recommend it!.
