Love the Pillow Guy/Girl Pillows! This particular pillow is plush and can be molded to my head. I sleep on two pillows and find that other pillows make my neck ache. What I love the most is the fact that my head stays cool. If you are a hot sleeper, these would work great. I suggest upon opening that you place the pillows in the dryer on low for 10 minutes to fluff them up. Absolutely love this pillow. I have tried it out for a week now and I am sleeping so much better. With my former pillows, I would wake up countless times during the night to turn the pillow over because they made my head so hot. For a week now, using Pillow Gal, I do not wake up at all. Please note, these are soft and squishy pillows (which is my preference). I mold the pillow to shape which is easy to do with Pillow Gal soft pillows.
