Wow! I am in love with this comforter. Yes I did get this through tried and true but I’d buy this comforter again at full price. The material is so expensive feeling and very thick. The quilt pattern is also much more expensive looking than it actually is. So far I’ve had this for a few months now and gone through multiple washes and it seems to be holding up very very well.. This set is really great. I would recommend a couple of things that it needs to be washed prior to being used especially the pillowcases as the textured waffle is the main attraction. It can be a little stiff initially out of packaging as the texture really shines through on this duvet cover it does add a little bit of busyness to the room, so joining it with some softer textiles this is great would definitely recommend. Absolutely love this blanket. I got the "Oak' color and it is very soft and luxurious feeling! The blanket has a nice heavy weight to it. It is a velvet surface on one side and fake fur on the other. I love the color of these pillow covers. The unique waffle design looks expensive, but the fabric itself is quite thin. It’s also a little oversized for a 26 inch pillow form. I even washed and dried them trying to shrink them up a bit. I’m not sure how much use they will withstand. I may try a larger pillow form to look better as well. I usually am not a duvet fan… But I love this one! Here is why * the fabric is so nice! It is not like a stretch velvet, but is very soft and feels velvety. * of note, however, is that the velvet fabric is on one side only of both the duvet cover and the pillow shams. * the color scheme of this set is what lured me in, and I’m so glad I ordered these! They look beautiful with the colors in my bedroom. * the pillow shams are very roomy, and of an envelope style closure. * instead of filling the duvet, I chose to use it like a lightweight coverlet. I’m very happy with the length on both sides using it this way. BOTTOM LINE this set is gorgeous, and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it!. Patricia. Montoursville, PA. Wed Oct 21 2026
