I bought this to hold grain for my horses. I put it together in about an hour. It was very straightforward and easy to assemble. The hinges are a little bit funky. I already pinched myself pretty bad on one. You have to attach the hinge to the lid, about a third of the way up so the lid doesn’t open as much as I’d like. I have a freestanding umbrella that was secured by cinderblocks and I though these would be perfect to secure it in a more astatically pleasing manner. While this is probably not their intended purpose, they worked great for me. While I didn't use them, the cables and cable clamps are quite sturdy. The cable attachment hardware on the stakes feels a bit less sturdy but should hold well in most cases. I removed them as they weren't necessary for my application.
