Love this lamp. I put it in between my chaise lounge chairs. The only concern that I have is that the lamp shades don't actually attach, they just slide over the light bulb protective cover. The light fixture looks great. The instructions could have been a little clearer. It took us 4 hours to put it together. The light fixture/planter is on our front porch and it lights up the porch and walkway, it is great. if using outdoors, great looking lamp although light itself not super bright if that is what is needed despite multiple settings. If using indoors, looks better from afar as up close does look somewhat like its resin composition , but basketweave pattern is very nice so that counter balances resin look. Would be hard to swap out shade as is just a metal frame with a brown fabric piece to cover frame and is connected to plastic light cover. Received promptly, easy to put together. I put live plants in the planter at our home and artificial ferns at our lake house, did use bricks in the bottom to create more weight.
