We got this rug to help our dog who had just had his leg amputated and found the wood floors to be much more slippery than they used to be. This rug was great…it didn’t bunch or slide, it was very easy to clean, and didn’t catch on our pup’s claws and get pulled loops. These are medium duty stair treads. This is my second purchase, the first set were used on my back stairs and have held up nicely for almost a year and a half and still perform and look good. I stapled them on the back stairs, but don't recommend doing that, the cheapo staples rusted.
