Purchased this for the training room of our office. It was a snap to assemble and works well. I wish it was easier to track down the optional component for battery power on the microphone (which I am sure is available, I just wish it had been an easy click of the mouse to add it to my order), but other than that small thing, we have no complaints. The cart is as described and works well. My complaint is with support after the sale. I was missing hardware, called Oklahoma sound at the number in the manual to get replacement hardware, They asked what company I was, when I told them I bought this one for my church I got transferred to voicemail, left a message and they never called back. Seems like if you are only buying one or two carts they don't care about supporting you after the sale. The good - it was easy to put together. The price was fair, thank goodness it was marked down. The not good - the mic holder arrived broken and I hope to get it replaced. The mic, amp and speaker combo is not good. It feeds back at barely any volume.
