Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose. Works well, but there is a learning curve. Very well built, easy to put together. Don’t know about the burnt grease taste that everyone raves about. I use a water pan under my meat to prevent grease from falling into the coals or onto the diffuser. Came out great. This product is the perfect combination of the smoker, BBQ, and grill for the smoker enthusiast with the space to cook for large groups. This product gives the outdoor chef complete control over their smoked food via fire access doors, air dampers, and a location for flavored wood chips this three-in-one smoker, barbecue, and grill has a whopping 738 sq. in. of cooking space over 3 different cooking grates - that's more than enough space to cook for a party of 8 or more! The separate firebox chamber is what makes this a "smoker" - connected to the side of the main chamber, the firebox is a smaller chamber where you burn your charcoal or wood fuel. A small hole connecting the 2 chambers allows heat, smoke, and flavor from inside the firebox to enter the main chamber and indirectly cook your meal to a juicy, smoky, and tender perfection. The main grill chamber features a 254 sq. inch cooking area in addition to a 738 sq. inch surface in the firebox chamber, adding up to over 900 sq. inches of space to indirectly cook your meat, vegetables, and anything else you're serving. However, if you would like to directly grill some or all of your meal, this product doesn't disappoint located in the firebox chamber on an adjustable-height porcelain-coated wire, which is enough to directly cook a lot!
