I love the colors and texture of this pillow — a great neutral option! And while it has texture, it still is overall on the softer side. From across the room, this pillow looks fantastic. the pattern has a rich, vintage, global feel and the colors are warm and versatile, easy to mix with other textiles. Up close though, I wish the design felt a bit more integrated it reads more like a print layered on top of the woven chenille rather than woven into it, so some of that tactile texture I was hoping for gets lost. The knife-edge construction is still tailored and well-made, and it definitely adds character to a couch or bed, just wanted to be honest that the closeup look doesnt quite match the distance appeal.. I ordered a few pillows from this vendor and while I do love the detailing and how soft they are, this one was definitely the flimsiest as far as the pillow insert went! So for the price, I definitely expected a fuller pillow overall. I love this little lumbar pillow! I like that the print is a medium scale and it’s neutral enough in color scheme to go with everything else without being boring. The colors are blue and brown on an ivory background (looks more white in photos than in person). It has a zipper as well so you can change out the insert if you want.
