What to say! For the price it’s a great option. It’s a little finicky about temperature and keeping the burners even. However this is common on all the ranges has and in this price range. It’s great, size wise, for a large family. We like having the dual ovens and the large range. However, the griddle stopped working within the first couple months of owning it and almost ALL the knobs have broken off. I have tried numerous times to reach out to customer service, even with proof of purchase from Wayfair, and they have REFUSED to help or honor their warranty. Customer service is subpar and the product is just okay. We’ve had it for 3.5 years and are looking to replace it now because we can’t find replacement knobs and the griddle is useless.. Scott. I searched for literally hours for a range hood that had a CFM higher than 800, was 36" but didn't have the touch screen controls. I finally came across this range hood option since it was very decently priced. Overall, we are very happy with it especially considering what it costs. Range hoods can get quite speedy. My favorite thing about it is the real buttons! They are placed in a great spot and are super easy to turn off and on. The lights also work wonderfully. It works good getting the smells out. I would say the only con is it is a bit loud, even on the lowest fan but even with that, I would still really recommend this hood. Many viewers complained about the grates coming in a white color and not stainless steel as advertised - please note, they aren't white. There is a white sticker for protection that you have to peel off. That was a pain as it was hard to get off but I understand why they put it on there for shipping.. Rachel. Oregon. Wed Jan 21 2026
