We already had two of these in existing showers. The showerhead is a great replacement if the existing showerhead needs to provide more pressure. This order was to replace an existing showerhead that gave less than the preferred pressure. Even after we did a bathroom remodel and installed a new showerhead (not this one), after a few weeks, I replaced it with one of these, and the pressure really improved. A great toilet! I'm amazed at how well it clears the bowl with so little water, and it's quick and quiet too. Seemed easy for my husband to install, and the company says you can use this round bowl with the ultra-high efficiency stealth .95 GPF tank, so I was happy to order those parts separately and get the toilet I wanted!.
