The Mr. Scrappy disposer air switch kit is used to operate a food waste disposer. Included in this kit is a chrome button with assembly components, an air hose, and a single outlet power module that plugs into a standard 120V outlet. The disposer is turned on and off by air pressure created when pushing the button. The air travels from the button, through the air tube which is connected to the air switch inside the electrical box to power on disposal. The air switch button can be installed through the sinktop, the countertop, or inside the cabinet.
