Simply glue the pad to a structurally solid concrete or wood sub-floor, and then adhere the planks directly to it. Incredibly easy to install, and the performance is amazing. Not only does it keep the previously cold floor warm and comfortable, but it also warms the room so well, I can keep the furnace at a lower temperature. Additionally, it's VERY cheap to operate. Having been slowed by the pandemic, I've yet to install the underlayment. Plans to use this in the kitchen area would have meant moving all furniture and appliances to I could then do the installation. it says for use with wood, can it be used with carpet tiles. You guys recommended a few to me after i bought the carpet tiles from you. I want to make sure its compatible with tiles.
