A Real Pilates Studio at Home —One of My Favorite Investments
As someone currently going through comprehensive Pilates training, I was very particular about the equipment I wanted for my home. I didn’t want something that was simply a “home reformer” that I would eventually outgrow. I wanted a machine that would allow me to continue learning, practicing, and progressing through different levels of Pilates, and this 3-in-1 ReformerCadillac has been such a beautiful addition to my practice.
What I love most is the versatility. Having the reformer, Cadillactower setup, and mat conversion in one piece of equipment gives me so much more freedom with my workouts. I can practice reformer repertoire one day, work with the tower and springs the next, and incorporate the sitting box or jumpboard when I want something completely different. It genuinely feels like having a small private Pilates studio at home.
The wooden frame also makes a huge difference aesthetically. Pilates equipment can easily make a room feel like a gym, but this actually looks like a beautiful piece of studio equipment. It feels substantial and grounded rather than flimsy, which was especially important to me when choosing a Cadillac-style machine.
I also really appreciate how many accessories are already included. With equipment this expensive, I didn’t want to immediately have to purchase a sitting box, jumpboard, straps, and other essentials separately.
Most importantly, this machine gives me room to progress. Pilates is not just about doing harder exercises—it is about building control, precision, strength, and understanding your body over time. I wanted equipment that could grow with my practice instead of limiting it.
If you are serious about Pilates and have the space for a full-size setup, I would absolutely consider this over purchasing a basic reformer and later wishing you had a tower or Cadillac. It has helped turn a corner of my home into a place where I genuinely look forward to practicing.
