My 120 x 117 outdoor metal dog kennel arrived in 2 boxes on the day stated when product was ordered. I am nit able to assemble it due to the snow and ground being frozen. I am excited to get it assembled this spring as it looks to be of good quality and as described online. I think this will work perfectly as a dog jennelchicken coop and will update at a later date. Be prepared to spend a day assembling this kennel! It arrived in 3 large boxes, 100lbs each but well packed and lined with wood. All of the various parts are letter coded, the best is that all of the bolts and screws are the same size for the entire structure. The materials are heavy duty, it is best to have 2 people working and holding panels to get everything lined up. My only complaint is the main doors. For some reason the hinges ARE the screws, which doesn’t seem secure or could loosentighten over time. Second is that there is a fairly large gap between the doors and the rest of the kennel where all other pieces are very tight together. I’m using this for chickens and will need to come up with a solution to fill in that gap. All in all, I think this is great quality. It came with ground stakes to prevent the wind from taking it. Where are all my poultry people at If you are anything like me youve got a house full of kids and a backyard full of chickens and ducks. The problem is is that we also have dogs. One dog doesnt care about the chickens but lets just say the other one does. Enter this kennel. It is super sturdy and very heavy duty. We arent using it to put the dogs in but in fact to keep them out. Not only will this provide protection from the dogs, it is fully enclosed and will provide extra protection from birds of prey and other predators like raccoons. The 73 x 70 kennel was delivered the day it was supposed to. It came with easy to follow instructions and with 3 people (1 reading instructions and getting parts as needed and 2 putting it together) it didnt take too long to assemble. The quality is a lot better than i was expecting and i love the cover. It looks way better than pictures show. Im excited to use it this spring with some chicks. Im going to put wheels on the bottom for a daytime chicken tractor (can be moved around the yard) as there are too many predators to let them roam. Definitely reccomend this kennel!. Teresa.
