Monument Grills offers pre-seasoned cookware without synthetic chemicals. Use the flat side for pancakes, eggs, crispy pizza, etc., and the ribbed side for meats, steaks, broiling, and more. The cast iron grill/griddle heats up within a few minutes. Clean it with hot water, dry it, then use a paper towel with cooking oil to wipe it all over, distributing the heat evenly.

I had been looking for a new grill for a while and decided to go with a Monument grill after reading a lot of positive reviews. Shipping was quick, and assembly was surprisingly easy thanks to the clear, well written instructions. The grill feels sturdy and well made, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features is the glass viewing window in the lid. It lets me check on my food without constantly opening the grill and losing heat. I also appreciate the built in propane tank shelf. So many grills Ive owned just had the tank sitting on the ground, so this is a nice touch. Another small detail I liked was that it even came with a battery for the igniter, which made setup that much easier.
