Absolutely gorgeous 3D fireplace. A few small issues were found, but it’s otherwise a beautiful fireplace! First, it advertises that it puts out 10,000 BTU. It has the capability of doing that but it’s really 5,000 BTU unless it’s modified. That should have been clarified a bit more on the product description. Especially since it’s huge and nearly impossible to return once you’ve opened it up. The other issue I found with it is that the app is only compatible if you have 2.4GHz WiFi…I have a smart home and I use Starlink which is a satellite WiFi. The app will not work whatsoever with Starlink and so I can’t use the app at all to turn my fireplace on and off. It has a remote that comes with it so that’s just kind of a minor issue, but I wish (for the price I paid) it would match the ever evolving technology out there. That should’ve also probably been advertise in the description as well. Overall, great purchase….just be mindful of those small things if you are looking to purchase one.. Carrie. Thu Apr 17 2025
