We used a steamer to take some of the wrinkles out. The frame for the sofa arrived bent (probably from shipping) but we were able to hammer it into position when joining it together in the middle. I was skeptical of the quality based on the price so I was pleasantly surprised. It was perfect for our son’s apartment in college and even if we throw it out when he moves we will have gotten our moneys worth.
