Every item I chose from this website has been amazing and my hand selected items for remodel of The Bachelorette’s Pad turned out better than I even imagined. I decided to have some fun with this tile and asked my contractor to install it in a different direction than most. He was very skeptical at first but was amazed when looking at the end result (told you so, lol). I love the decision I made and so does he. Beautiful tiles look amazing after installation. Had issues with broken tiles, occurred three times, which really delayed completion of my projection. Wayfair was great with sending out new ones, but they took several weeks to arrive and in one case arrived broken again. I love the design, but I was very disappointed to receive these tiles and have gotten the gray and white instead of the black and white. On the website there was a mix up between the pictures and colors, but I spoke to a representative who assured me that if I ordered the tiles labeled black and white, that it what i would receive. I was not very happy to come home to see a gray and white shower floor instead of a black and white shower floor. The picture doesn't do it justice. The background is a bright white with gold and silver accents. It is elegant yet contemporary. My backsplash is 15" high so I had to decide if I wanted one or two of the gold and silver patterns to show. Either way I would be losing a lot of tile so I would need quite a bit more than anticipated. I think it would be best to use on a larger area so you can see pattern after pattern. Love the tile! Shipping, however, was a nightmare. First delivery, we had two boxes of six which were snapped in half and unusable. Customer Care was very helpful in getting replacements sent, but they promised the packages would ship via Fed-Ex or UPS instead of a freight carrier so they would be handled more carefully and - once again- the boxes arrived and one of them was cracked and all of the tiles were broken.
