Only used it once - just arrived yesterday. I used a green scrubber to remove the protective coating - a plain sponge with hot soapy water didn't seem to do much. Might have taken some of the preseasoning, too. If there's a CS pan without a coating (because it's nitrided?), I'd probably go for that next time.. Anonymous. Fri Aug 28 2026

I have been enjoying these pans for several months now, and I love them as much as I did the first day I took them out of the box. I hand-wash the pans and run the lids through the dishwasher between 3-5 hand-washes. I had to take some Bar Keeper's Friend to the pans and they spruced up like new!. Anonymous. Virginia Beach, VA.
