I waited a bit to review these Bergo tiles as I wanted to see how well they performed in my PNW weather. The range of full sun, overnight dew and heavy rain did not affect the tiles in any adverse way. They did not warp, curl, come unlocked, collect mildew or get slippery. I installed them on top of an aged cedar deck off my kitchen and they are so pretty and functionally superb. My guests comment on their beauty and cushioned feel underfoot. They install with no special tool ( a mallet hammer or your clog lol) You can unhook them and change the pattern also. The fact that they are made from recycled plastic is a bonus. I love this product! I live in a condo on the second floor in Florida. There is a small screened lanai 14'x6' off the living room which is exposed to the weather and I have several potted plants on the lanai. This area needed something that would not inhibit drainage or collect pools of water. These tiles are the perfect solution! They're soft on bare feet, neat and clean appearance, pleasing texture and design in a sweeping view, antimicrobial, and easy to install. There's enough give in the snap in connectors to allow for an out of square room....which mine was.....so it fits snugly to the walls. I only needed a utility knife and straight edge for cutting in.
