Unbelievably Better than I imagined!! We have a 3 BR ranch style house 2 bath. We have CONSTANT hot water at any given time. It was not a huge pain to hook up. Having the right Size breaker is key! Can run the dish washer and take a shower without running cold. The water pressure is a teensy bit effected having both running at the same time but CONSTANT HOT WATER!! We intend on adding a bumper in the kitchen to avoid the pressure issue. But Im so glad to have taken a chance on this unit. We are well satisfied with our purchase. Happy we are already saving !!!!.
