This curtain is what I expected, but I have been trying to return it for 2 weeks. I was on hold with customer service for 2 hours on 3-4 attempts to get someone to pick up. I had bought a similar curtain( 2 curtains) but the package got lost in the mail (UPS)! I have documents from UPS that it could not be found.
