Venice Beach Collections brings you this infamous mugshot. At age 25 Morrison was arrested for public drunkenness in 1968. As the story goes, stopping off at the Pussycat a’ Go-Go on a trip to Las Vegas with writer Robert Grover, Jim Morrison decided to smoke a cigarette like a joint – and one of the security guards at the club wasn’t having any of it. Morrison reportedly told the guard, “Whyn’t you jump up my ass?” and was met with a billy club to the head. The pair was arrested for public drunkenness and disturbing the peace. Morrison wasn't finished, however, taunting the cops in the parking lot of the club and at the police station. The pair were strip-searched, doused with a boric acid powder and thrown into a cell. Morrison continued to yell profanities at the cops until one of the officers said that he would see Morrison “in private” when he clocked out. Fortunately, Grover’s girlfriend was able to post bail for the duo before that meeting took place.

Venice Beach collections brings you this infamous mugshot. As the story goes, Ozzy was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication, after the cops said they found the former Black Sabbath frontman "staggering drunk" in Memphis' Beale Street entertainment district. Osbourne was released from the Memphis jail some five hours later, after drying out, and was not required to return for a court appearance.

Venice Beach Collections brings you this infamous mugshot. As the story goes, Nelson was arrested for pot for the first time in 1974 in Dallas, Texas. Though not much information is available about that altercation, his early mug shots are pretty gnarly.

Venice Beach Collections brings you this infamous mugshot. As the story goes, in 1972, Steve McQueen was arrested for drunk driving in Anchorage, Alaska. According to witnesses, the movie star raced through town in a rented Oldsmobile Toronado. When Police finally managed to pull him over and perform a sobriety test, he failed by somersaulting down the white line, on which he was ordered to walk. McQueen posted bail and left town, but not before signing autographs while still in handcuffs. He was convicted in absentia for reckless driving.

I purchased 4 of these and while they’re very light weight and feel cheap, they don’t look cheap. Plastic not glass. Also not wood frame.. Stefanie. US. Sun Mar 19 2023
