You will see your pillow start to increase in size to its original form and fluffiness. They will fully expand within 24 hours after opening or for quick restoration, you can also toss them in the dryer on the lowest heat setting for a few minutes.

I am very pleased with this pillow, I have gone through many many body pillows, but they are never firm enough for me. I have spinal issues and I need complete support. This pillow is surprisingly firm but soft. It gives me the support I need and I am sleeping better, I am going to purchase a second one just to keep in my closet for later date. These euro pillow inserts were exactly as described, shipped fast and are plump and firm enough to look great on a bed as the pillows between the bed and wall (no headboard).
