Our new saucepan turned out to be the perfect size for us, in between our smallest and the medium one. It’s very pretty. It cleans up easily and I did not even “season” it like the instructions suggested. So far I’ve only simmered vegetables in it and it worked fine. These pans have the most effective non-stick surface I have ever seen. They heat evenly and cook efficiently. The exterior finish is shiny and, after use, it washes beautifully with no stains or residue. I have been using these pans for a few weeks now and recommend them highly. I have always wanted a nice roasting pan. Perfect size for a pot roast, tenderloin, or a small turkey. Came packaged extremely well in a nice sturdy box and the roaster has a nice storage bag to keep it safe from damage. Handles are very sturdy, and includes a removable rack. It would be difficult to find cookware any more beautiful than Livwell diamond clad. The real challenge with this type of cookware is scrambled eggs. As I purchased frying pans as well I immediately scrambled an egg and had absolutely no problem with sticking. All I did was wipe out the pan with a paper towel.
