The description said that this was an order of two chairs. I was charged the full price, delivered one, and not informed of any back order issues. I had to notice the problem myself and contact Wayfair support who attempted to push me towards store credit before giving in and completing my order. Why was there no communication on this? I am pretty sure that seeing as how most of your customer support and ordering is all without human interaction a trigger could have been hit to let me know the mistake had occurred or at least not charged me full price.
