Sometimes, depending on inventory, we may ship boxes with different product codes, such as using a loveseat configuration code to fulfill an order for a three-seat sofa or using a three-seat configuration code to fulfill an order for a loveseat sofa. Therefore, THE PACKAGING YOU RECEIVE MAY DISPLAY A PRODUCT PATTERN DIFFERENT FROM THE SOFA YOU ORDERED. Please rest assured, the product you received is exactly as per the configuration you selected.
③To make the sofa seat installation more flexible (without needing to consider left or right side during installation) and to improve the appearance of the sofa, it is NOT NECESSARY TO INSTALL 4 ADDITIONAL LEGS AT THE BOTTOM SIDE WHERE THE SOFA SEAT MEETS THE ARMRESTS. Therefore, please ensure that the U shaped sofa has 24 legs. Incorrect installation may result in the sofa’s ottoman missing 4 legs.
④There may be slight color differences due to light or monitor. And all cushions of the cloud couch are shipped in vacuum packaging, please pat the cushions and wait for 72 hours to fluff up.
