It was left at my fromt door. I'm a female senior of 71 years old and I was able to slide the box inside , thank goodness with no issues. Unboxing was easy, assembly was so easy as well. The chair itself is exactly what I wanted. Kicking back to recline is easy , doesn't take much and sitting back up is simple. Now I'm barely 5 ft, weight 138lbs. I really do not recommend this chair for tall people or heavy set people. When I lay back my head sits at the top of the chair and my feet hang off the chair. So I can't imagine this chair being comfortable for tall people or bigger people. It is perfect for a small person like myself. But hey I guess if anyone wants to take a chance by all means. The chairs are very beautiful and look very elegant. However, they do have some flaws. The sides did come with some leather damage. The legs had some nicks, and the back flap looks unfinished when the back is exposed to view. In my opinion the back could use some extra velcro to lay the flap flat against the chair. That takes away from the quality of this elegant chair, hence why I gave it a 4. This order also had some extraordinary delays in delivery. So, we had to wait more time than expected. Then upon delivery they had the damages I described were found. At the present time I am waiting to hear from the seller to see what can be done. I will post an update.
