It is beautiful , sturdy, soft material. The wood is of great quality. The screws under couch in the wood were drilled and left with raw edges. Color is perfect. Paid about $3900.00 for this piece, including taxes and white glove delivery. Least favorite purchase from Wayfair. The green color in the picture looks more gray-green in actuality. The underside of the cushions is not upholstered. Seams are obvious generally, but especially so around the nail-head assembly of the arms. If your looking for a plump rolled arm that's nice to lay your head on, this will disappoint -- as will the interior padding and throw pillows. The pillow-fringe is sparse. The fabric feels thin and rough to the touch. It's advertised as a synthetic/cotton mix, but it's hard to feel the cotton. Not a piece around which to center a room or color-scheme.
