Well, it is such a magnificent invention. You don't have to do much anymore to pick up things like dog and cat hair or anything else that drops on the hardwood floor in the kitchen where I have it now. I can also sweep things from the living room to the kitchen and it picks it up at the floor level without having to bend to use a dust pan.
