These 15.8" X 11.3" aluminum jelly roll pans are just what I need to update my baking pans. I've already washed them and added them to my collection. I usually bake with parchment, but these pans are nonstick so that's a benefit. The care instructions on the back of the packaging are worth reading. This half sheet pan was larger than I expected. It’s not as heavy as I thought it would be, it’s pretty light. It does suggest you hand wash this pan which isn’t a problem for me but may be for some. I baked some frozen biscuits, using parchment paper and they came out perfectly. The pan didn’t warp in the oven, which I was concerned about because of how light the pan is. I was pleasantly surprised by these Jelly Roll sheet pans. They feel quite sturdy and thick not flimsy. They came packaged very well in individual boxes. These appesr to be quality baking trays. Looks like what a professional baker or cook would use. They are heavy duty and quite large. As you can see in one of my photos it takes up the entire area in the oven. I havent started any baking but thiese trays will definitely come in handy at our family gatherings. I plan on updating my review when I have used them to comment on the non-stick capability. UPDATE Made some Christmas cookies and they came out delicious as they were evenly cooked, not burnt.
