After some research on ideal table thickness, we settled on this 25mm ping pong table. It was worth the extra money for the thicker table. Plays really well. I was also really impressed with the way in which the table was packaged. MDF reinforced cardboard and bumpers for the corners. It arrived in perfect condition. It also took less than 30 minutes to put together. Just needed to attach the wheeled legs with a couple of bolts. You need two people to put it together and especially for flipping each half over after the wheels are installed. The metal surround is a nice touch too because the scoring mechanism is magnetic, so can be moved out of the way during play. This would be a 5 star if the table was actually connected in the middle. It is two different pieces so it is a bit hard to level in my yard and I have to use the net to keep the two table sides together. OTHER than that it is perfect for out door ping pong. I recently picked up the JOOLA Pro Pickleball Net and it has definitely lived up to “pro-level” expectations. The frame is extremely solid, the cable tensioning system keeps the net perfectly tight, and it plays just like a permanent court setup. You can tell it’s built with heavy-duty materials, nothing flimsy or wobbly about it. It is on the heavier side, but that’s also why it stays put and feels so stable. Assembly was straightforward, and once it’s in place it looks and performs like a true facility-grade net. It’s definitely an investment, but if you want long-term durability and consistent tournament-level play, this net is hard to beat.
